**COVID 19 POLICY**

With the COVID-19 pandemic regulations constantly changing, we wanted to let you know that we are here and that we are doing our part to stay safe while keeping Mocha Aesthetique up and running.

We are shipping, but the speed of processing has been adjusted. Right now we are working on a schedule of shipments and order processing that allows us to safely get your packages out 1-3 times a week. The variation allows for bad days and good days. We are also working on restocking some "sold out" products but some things might be taking longer than usual to come back into stock.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We are not perfect, but we do make every effort to provide all of our customers an experience that is close to perfection.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING

We at Mocha Aesthetique ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times will depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Las Vegas, you will receive your order faster than say if you live in Hawaii. We use multiple shipping carriers and most quote us a 5-7 day turn around time for domestic delivery and International shipping takes much longer.

Personalized or Custom orders may take 8-10 weeks to create and deliver because they are hand made-to-order.
